A Mission Covering the Full EPC Lifecycle
Phase 1 – Project Structuring and Governance Setup
Definition of scope, WBS and BOQ. Planning framework establishment and CAPEX structuring. Implementation of PMO tools including KPIs, dashboards, risk registers and governance committees.
Phase 2 – Procurement and Supplier Control
Preparation of technical specifications, supplier selection, contractual alignment and expediting. Supervision of FAT and coordination of export control and logistics when applicable.
Phase 3 – Execution and Start-Up
On-site coordination, installation supervision, pre-commissioning and commissioning management. Structured reporting to management and controlled transition toward commercial operation.
